Whether your child is new to sports or pushing for a college scholarship, we tailor training to their level and goals.
Before beginning a program, every athlete completes the Parisi Performance Evaluation. This 60-minute session allows us to:
Assess current athletic ability
Properly place them in the right training group
Customize their coaching focus
Set a baseline to track future progress
Your child will experience our signature dynamic warm-up, running technique analysis, and speed-strength testing. You’ll leave with a clear action plan—and their first boost of confidence.
